We've heard many times Brian saying that during the 'Made In Heaven' sessions, they basically got into making Freddie record his vocal tracks since they didn't know how much time left they had due to his illness.
However, I don't know how involved was Freddie into making the musical arrangements for the album. Seems like most of it was done by Brian, Roger, and John after Freddie passed away.

Freddie probably did a lot of the keyboard-stuff on A Winter's Tale.
I think he plays keyboards on It's A Beatiful Day as well.

I'm pretty sure that only the piano on IABD is Freddie's. All the synth-stuff seems to be part of the '94/'95-work.
Good question! As for IABD, weren't people on this site saying that John was the main man behind the synth stuff? And as confirmed by Brian, the piano and vocal are from the Game sessions.
IMO, I don't think Freddie would've done much on the arrangements. Maybe wrote down or dictated a few notes to help in the process of the new tracks. The only two that make me think otherwise would be AWT and ML.

It depends on the individual tracks. For Mother Love he might have co-arranged, since David Richards confirmed it stayed as it was recorded in 1991. A Winter`s Tale was apparently done on his own, therefore, he must have arranged it as well. I can imagine perhaps he put on some synth generated drums or bass which were later replaced by Roger and John, and maybe Brian replaced some synth pad or something. But it can also be that Fred left the spaces for his bandmates.
As for the rest, Fred`s original piano arrangements stayed intact, so in that way he co-arranged both of his Mr Bad Guy tracks and It`s A Beautiful Day. Same for some vocal harmonies, although in less extent than in the rest of albums.
