I have to admit, the first time I ever saw Brian Live i had a few tears in my eyes, I got so close it was a dream come true. And when I shook hands with Roger in 99, I was bowled over, Its absolutely ace when you get to see your idols up close, Im glad you had a good time Josue - id have been the same!
Oh yeah, you said Roger looked ill - thats called obesity. :o)

To add, it wasnt the first time I saw Brian live, the first time I saw him was at the Fred Tribute - but they were about the size of a pea on that Wembley stage - so that doesnt really count!
Great story Josue, congratulations.
I know exactly how you feel because I was in a very similar situation a couple of years ago when I flew to Los Angeles for the walk of fame ceremony. I had the best day of my life when I got both Brian and Roger to sign my ANATO CD Sleeve. I was waiting for them to appear from a club on Holywood Blvd for over an hour after the official ceremony was over. A lot of people didn't think they would be coming out and gave up while a few of us stayed and were rewarded for it.
Later that night I was in front row standing only inches from Brian and Roger and special guests (Steve Vai, Nuno Bettencourt) as they performed a great set for a few hundred of us at a small club. I got lots of pictures to remind me of that day and when I got back home I think I must have told my story to everyone I knew for about a month. I hope all younger fans get a chance to meet them and hopefully see them perform at least once.

I forgot adding: Roger looked THINER than we are used to see lately. I can asure you he was as thin as in 20 years ago.
hey i read in a magazine on this claim to fame thing someone met Brian on the top of a mountain in africa! just imagine!
Ha haaa Jose, You were acting like a crazy fan, lol. Nothing bad, My gut reaction when meeting someone I admire is to grab and hug.. Lucky I wasnt there, they would have had to prive me off of both Roger and Brian, lol. Anyway congrads.
PS: I personally dont like to see fans screaming their heads off. Remember Brian and Roger are human.

I never understood this whole "I love you" stuff... I felt ashamed when I saw all those screaming fans in Modena and I thought "poor Brian". But he's obviously already used to it.
Anyway, congratulations, I'm sure it's a very nice experience for you.
I never understood that I love you stuff either..

Does anyone else read these comments as slightly obsessive?
Peace,
Adam.
Well, yes, but I guess many of us would do the same, if they had the chance. You know, I can say I would. :D
Lucky you, Josué!

And Karen said:
No, you would do the same thing.
When I met Brian last year, I didn't. In fact, not even the japanese girls there did that! lol
Peace,
Adam.
LOL! I guess I'm more hysterical than those japanese girls, then, Adam! :D

Well done again Josue. I got excited just by going to a Queen Tribute concert (not even the "real thing"). I would have been right behind you..
Hope you have caught up on some sleep.
