When I was a "newbie" I was able to read. I was able to use a search engine and to find the most basic information by myself. To claim you need to start a thread asking Roger's birth date is pretty hard to believe - it's on hundreds of websites including this one.

I've said it before, but why don't you and bad tempored blondie start one thread for both your questions?
