Hi folks, this auction was brought to our notice

I don't know if the signatures are genuine. I never heard of eGay before but it seems to be a charity auction.

Never heard of it either... But at first sight the signatures do look pretty genuine! (considering that sigs on cloth understandably always look a little different...)
I thought you were taking the piss at first, heh.
The scan is so bad that I can't see almost anything. Could be genuine, could be fake. Look at "y" in "May", it doesn't look genuine to me.
...contrairy to the 'B', which looks véry authentic...!?
There's actually an "eGay"? I thought that was just a joke on "Weekend Update"... Guess not...
It's virtually impossible to judge from that poor scan but the Terrence Higgins Trust is really profiting from this auction

The "Queen" drawing looks like done by Roger, I think I saw similar drawings before. If this was really signed in 1990, it's worth a lot for those who collect such signatures.

For a while, I thought the "eGay" thing was on purpose done by YV. Anyway, the signature looks quite convincing, better scans will do it justice.
Hi all
eGay.co.uk has been given this t-shirt by Terrence Higgins Trust to auction on their behalf. Unfortunately the picture hasn't come out great. The t-shirt was signed as part of the Terrence Higgins Micro Rent Challenge in 1990 and as far as we know has been in a cupboard at Terrence Higgins Trust since then.

Welcome to the QZ board, egay. If we nerds on Queenzone here have not heard of egay, it's time you get some promotion:)
It's great that 5% of all profit on the website is donated to the Terrence Higgins Trust. Good luck with the auction!

Any COA with that shirt? A friend of mine is considering bidding on it.
Hi
There isn't a COA with the shirt, all I can say is that we have been given the t-shirt directly from Terrence Higgins Trust to auction to help them raise funds. As you will see on the site there are a number of other items that they have also given us to sell for them (unfortunately no other Queen related ones). I have no reason to doubt that this is not genuine, the t-shirt is a white t-shirt that Terrence Higgins Trust had printed for a specific campaign that they did in 1990, the Queen name at the top has '90 next to it and John Deacon has put '90 next to his signature.
Kind regards

Forgot to say if anyone wants us to e-mail some additional photos of the t-shirt to them then please let me know, this may allay some of the fears around authenticity. We can be contacted via [email protected].
Thanks

I also never knew this existed and believed it was a funny joke on eBay's behalf.. I'm actually considering bidding on this...
