I see Rare Live is available in PAL format. Was it done in NTSC. If so, where can I buy it?

oh come on, this video gave me the first impression how Queen sounded live in the 70s. Sure, it's butchered but as long as I cannot have the concerts, I have to rewind that damn tape again and again.
