Have any of you guys ever heard of Meetup.com? I found it thru Google by searching for "meet Queen fans".
Anyway, there's a page for Queen fans to get together from various cities. Apparently, you RSVP via the website and meet up at a designated location at the specified date it lists every month or 2 months. Most of the Queen groups look like they're small in number or just getting started.
I signed up for Cincinnati and there's only 2 others in the group that have signed up so far, but I just thought I'd pass it along in case anyone was interested in meeting up w/ fellow Queen fans.

I am from the Cincinnati area as well. I can't sign up from work though. The firewall won't let me. I didn't see where the meetings are if there are even any. It just says second Monday at 7pm but it doesn't say where.
I've started a meeting group for Madrid and i'm doing now a meeting group for my town, Targu Mures.

It tells you where the event is being held once you sign up. The one for Dec. 13 is being held at Fuddruckers in Florence...but no one has RSVP'd for it.
Do you know any other Queen fans from the Cincinnati area?? Someone from Dayton left a message on the Queen Meetup messageboard on 11/30 and said she'd like to get involved in organizing the group, so maybe I'll send her an e-mail.

Where is the Fuddruckers in Florence? Is it near the Media Play? I haven't been over to Florence in a couple years...since I moved across the river to OH. Is the Tumbleweed still open over there? I used to go there all the time when I was in college...(way back in the day)...LOL
There were 2 Queen groups that I found. One was Pomona and the other was Orange County. The Pomona group was with 2 members and the Orange Group was 1 member only. That is so wonderful, don't you think?
