Brian and Roger are still alive and they miss touring.
They have the right to do it with or wothout John.
The Question is if it's ok to tour under the name Queen. But it's already analized on another topic.
IF, for any reason, Brian and Roger wouldn't have the right or permission to use Queen's name, what name do you think they could use?
i say "Regal Heritage"

B&R, although that can mean Batman & Robin as well
Free Smile, The Good Company (relates to Paul's band and to Queen song), 'Hair, Sunglasses and Paul Rodgers'... Whatever they want... 'Queen minus Fred and Deaky'...
Queen II, Queen Two, Queen Too. Queen (The Next Generation). Brian May's All Star Band.
For me there is nothing more pathetic than to attend one of those god-damn awfull 60's reunion gigs. You know the type. Brian Poole and a Tremalo. The Searcher. Gerry With His Pacemaker. Herman's A Hermit.
Old men all. George Best at Hibs. Gazza at Boston United.
Only Cagney and Cantana, had the sense to walk away.

They could use the same trick that former members of Yes used for their 1989 tour. As they couldn't use the Yes logo they put it this way: "Anderson Bruford Wakeman and Howe: an evening of Yes music".
It could be cool to have:
"Brian May and Roger Taylor: an evening on Queen music"
What do you think?

They should play songs of Paul too, I think, so the name would be very long: "Brian May and Roger Taylor, Paul Rodgers: an evening on Queen and Free/Bad Company music"

Queen & Paul Rodgers.
