Have anybody seen the Simpsons when Homer is a Teenager and is listening to Queen in his room and has a queen poster with the crest?
Interview?... oh, don't be ridiculous!
Yes. Back then I only knew Queen were a British band, and I was familiar with one or two songs, but I didn`t know those were Queen songs.
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.
which songs, wasn't it "your my best friend"
Rockyou/Champions and Another One Bites The dust. The story of "when I listened Bo Rhap for the first time" is way after that

YMBF was in story about Moe and Maggie
You confused several episodes with Queen participation in the same tread.
I think "Duffless" is the episode referred to by the thread-starter (the one with the "When I was 17-parody).
There`s also one in which Homer catches the big fish (General Sherman or something like that), and sings "I am the champion"

queen's music was played on a few different episodes.

That song is called "It Was A Very Good Beer", and is really a parody of Frank Sinatra's "It Was A Very Good Year".

I really liked the reference to Queen in the line "...I stayed up listening to Queen", which I heard only a long while before I saw the animated version of it with the ANATO poster in the background.
Ahhh, Queen and the Simpsons. I can't think of a happier combination of entertainment.
