Germany - that's where....during the first world war the germans were smuggling arms into the west of ireland to help the irish battle for independence against the tyrannical English empire....obviously during this time the fikk from germany migrated to the west of ireland...where it still survives today...the rest of ireland corrupted it to fekk/feck
