I got both of them and I really can't spot a difference. Are these really "live" recordings? They're sounding like usual Studio recordings and both of the releases sound exactly the same.
Same tracklist, played the same way..no difference at all!

Different title, different sleeve design and different date of release! That's all!
The only difference is the front and back cover and that beeb was released in 1989 and BBC in 1995 and beeb is an english release and BBC the American version. There is absolutely no difference between the recordings. They are recorded live but with out an audience.
The US release also has the channels swapped. The right channel on the old album is now the left channel and vice versa.
