Maybe Robbie isn't as talented as othe musicians (Freddie for instance) BUT: the atmosphere at a robbie show is simply awesome and (imho) comes closest to what it has been at a queen concert.

Robbie Williams is an over hyped talentless cunt, nuff said. Another one like george Michael i'm serious now but I used be in a boy band. Like Justin Hawkins said Queen have tarred their image recently with work with RW, 5ive and that Pepsi shite. Paul Rogers is a GREAT singer, Free and Bad Company made some great tunes and check out his 'The Law' album its terrific and very underated.
I saw him on the Tonight Show and he folded up some paper and put it in his mouth and mocked Freddie for all he was worth. So piss on that little bastard. Paul Rogers is 100 times the singer over that little poser anyway.
According to Robbie's biography "Feel", he no longer wanted to work with Queen because they started collaborating with boybands (5ive). Brian stated in an interview that Robbie could give them a call if he is interedted singing for them.
I like the idea actually. I am not a fan of Robbie per se, but I like some of his songs and his stage performance is awesome.
Did Brian not only say that Robbie is not a team player as well?

Last week Robbie Williams did an interview detailing how lonely he was and how needed to find someone for the holidays. Today, it's an article on how he would still use drugs if they didn't make him fat. If I had Robbie Williams fame and money I'd be so busy shagging every hot chick I saw that I wouldn't know how to spell lonely and the only drugs I'd need would be to remove my STD's. He's a god in the UK, but a total laughingstock in North America, where people see him as an okay singer who is a pathologically desperate attention seeker.
I think because there are so many Robbie Williams fans, if he was on tour with Queen then there would be more of them than us. Horrible thought...

I probably fall under the category of young kid to you, which is fine. But I grew up on a steady diet of Queen, Led Zep, Uriah Heep, Mott The Hoople, Bad Company and other bands and artists like that. I think most of todays music is shit. I don't get the hype surrounding The Darkness, that's for damn sure. But every now and then, there's someone who comes along who may well be an arrogant bastard, but also has a bloody good voice. Robbie Williams is one of those. I've seen Paul Rodgers live, I've seen Robbie Williams live, I know who I'd prefer to pay to see again.

LOL... that's qute realistic... though I remember Brian's concert in Cologne in 1998. There, some girls screamed "BRRRRRIIIIAAAAAAAN, WE LOOOOOVE YOUUU!"
