Sorry i havn't said much of what i can do yet have i. I play a little guitar occasionaly but not very often at the moment. I can play some Queen, a few Metallica, a couple Iron Maiden, Surfing with the Alien (Joe Satriani), Back In Black (ac/dc) and a few other tracks. I can do a little on the bass but nothing much at all. Mostly just a few easy Queen songs like A Kind Of Magic, Staying Power, Another One Bites The Dust, Breakthru, Under Pressure etc.

I cant play many songs either! I can play a cool jazzy version of yesterday with really hard jazz chords but I dont know it off by heart!
There is no such thing as jazz-chords (you can find all of them in classical music), jazz is a style (or actually several styles) of playing.
The are such things as jazz chords. It is just a term used to describe the types of chords which are popular within the genre of jazz. Just because you can find them in classical music means nothing. There are "rock chords" if you will, and they exist in several other genres as well.
By the way I play guitar, but my favorite instruments (to hear, not play) consist also of the piano and violin.
I did forget to mention that I can also play the clarinet and sax. STEVE SAX THAT IS!

Just started on the bass guitar. I'm too tight to fork out £15-20 per week for half an hours tuition, so I'm teaching myself using an array of books, videos and websites. Right now, I'm fluent in all of the major and minor scales, and I can play some of 'Money' (Pink Floyd), 'Dazed and Confused' (Zep), 'Enter Sandman' and 'My Friend of Misery' (Metallica) and I can play all of 'Only in Dreams' (Weezer).
I also used to play the violin, I'd have rated myself as od 'intermediate' standard.

I can play basic piano. And I can sing pretty well, but that's it.

I play bass guitar (5-string). I have been playing in bands for 20 years now and I probably will never make it big, but I will never stop playing. Played guitar for awhile in the band I'm in now, but I'm back to bass. I think I'm decent. I can play most of the Rush catalog, including pretty much all of "Moving Pictures" on bass along with just about any Zeppelin. 2 years ago, my band recorded a CD of acoustic music that I wrote 4 songs for. That was a great time! We hope to do that again in 2005.

I've played piano since I was... seven, I think. So that means I've been playing for seven years. I always yell at my mom for not starting me a year or two earlier, cause then I might have been done with "Pathetique" by now.
I play the clarinet, cello and drums. I'm great at playing the clarinet because I've been playing it for over 5 years....I'm very good at playing the cello, which I've been playing for about 2 years..and I've been playing the drums for also about 2 years which I'm pretty good at considering I taught myself...I have a very cool Roland V-80 drum set...I used to have a regular one but, my parents and I wanted something I could plug headphones into because I had a tendacy to play drums at 11:00PM and well..people sleep at that time, except me..so I can play with this drumset at any time of the night..perfect for this night owl..
