Free MP3 Bootlegs etc

Isn't a FTP or web server an idea to share bootlegs? I don't believe it's very difficult. I'll check it out.

I just found something that might make Bootleg trading a lot easier!

http://yousendit.com is a free service whitch can used to send large emails (up to 1 GB!).

It seems the service is completely free so you don't even have to sign up.

A few friends of mine alrady used it and said it worked great. The person you email the file to will get an email containing a link to the file stored on the YouSendIt server.

The link will work for 7 days after that it will be removed.

That is indeed still the fastest but also the most expensive solution I'm affraid. :-)

I think the best solution to all this is for someone to start a bootleg tree either via post or e-mail, whereby one person starts it off by sending their files/discs to another, who then makes a copy and sends them onto someone else, etc....

I've sent that you in lossless format, so you get the same excellent sound quality as I have. Beware though that due to this it is 30mb!!!

I still think an FTP server is easier. The problem is, the server should be running all day and night to give people from each county a chance (timezones). Let alone the fact that it would litterly abuse the owner's internet connection.

So actually it's not that great.
