Ranma was one of the first japanese imports I ever got into. It was that and DragonBall, Sometime in 93'-94'.

I've read the entire manga series from Ranma 1/2, and it's a real shame the TV series was never finished, because the finale was awesome!

I love Inuyasha! My dad thinks its stupied of corse. Has anyone seen the first or second movie? I went to Wal-Mart and seen the second one , but my mom wouldn't buy it! I spent all my Christmas cash so I was screwed.Later much *)

I've seent the first 3 off the Internet (in Japanese with English subtitles).

Movie 3, "Sword Of World Conquest", is the best one IMO

How can you use subtitles? If I use them they distract me from the movie itself. I bought the first movie today and its so cool , its in English too!

Who do you like better, Kagome,or Kikyo?

I've got to about episode 68 or so, I still got the whole thing waiting for me to watch it, for some reason I just wasn't motivated to watch it anymore...its an ok series

I'm currently in the muddle of Lupin III, and witch hunter robin, and still need to finish off my ghibli boxset (damn those 2 hour long movies)

Kagome , because Kikyo needs to move on shes dead anyway. Does Shippo have any power besides his fox magic? His magic is cute but it dosen't seen to hurt anybody.

I like Kagome. She's a very nice and sweet girl, even with the "osuwari"'s she uses against Inu Yasha

Speaking of "osuwari", me and my friend were watching the first half of the 3rd movie.

Sometime after the beginning, at the part where Kagome and her friends are playing volleyball, she tells Inu Yasha to "osuwari" (lit. "sit"). When asked by her friends if she really said that, she says "No, I said 'osuwa ii'", which in Japanese means "vinegar".

I was questioning out loud, "How are they going to translate THAT pun into English when it comes out??". My friend thinks, and this was a very good one too, that they'll probably translate it as "salt", because it would make sense, since in the Japanese version, Kagome goes on to say that her grandfather says vinegar is good for her since she is "sick" so often(!)

What do you guys think?

Or do you think they'll pull a Pokemon and make an even worse pun?
