You can drive in Australia at 16 too. Mind you 'causes more accidents than you'd like.

My cousin is 15.5 and has his learner's permit. I can't wait for him to get his lisence and drive me around. :-p

im getting my learners...mums making me. ive already driven our car, and i nearly ran into our shed! (my brother was laughing at me, so i stuck my finger up at him, and let go the wheel...whoops)

i dont want to drive, so ill fail the test on purpose

I thought in Holland you could too... It always seemed to be the most liberal country in the world, the most perfect example of an ocidental country.
But that history of german people being able to go totally naked to any beach in the country sounds REALLY liberal to me. In Brazil, which is known as the land of the porn and naked women even topless was forbidden, I dunno if it's forbidden yet. Except in some nudism beaches, but I think there are very few (less than 10 in the only country). Well, I wouldn't go to a beach like that.
I also wouldn't smoke pot like people in Holland.
But I sure would drive at 16! I know that I'll be mature enough. I AM mature enough since I was 10! :-)
If I can even help choosing the PRESIDENT at 16, why can't I drive?
