Actually, the song Tutti Frutti, which they often played live and which was written by Little Richard, was their most AIDS-related song (with Big Spender coming in a close second); you see, it was all part of a worldwide plot in which musicians wrote songs for a singer, who was at the time still a child, about a deadly dissease they did not yet know about. Vera Lynn's 1940s song 'We'll Meet Again', written before Freddie was born is about his death of AIDS again, and how she'd meet him again in heaven, because Vera Lynn's actually Mary Austin, who is actually 138 years old (the baroness in 'The Eye' was based upon her).
Now, how's that for a response to your topic, Mike?
I thought the most old song about AIDS that Queen performed was 'Danny Boy' actually... And by the way do you know why Bejart used Queen and Mozart music for his ballet?... Mozart was involved in AIDS things as well...!

Not ALL - "I want to break free" is about Johns wish to retire, as we all know.
Not quite right. It was actually about John's wish to break the group "Free" as he had a premonition that the lead singer would end up singing with Brian and Roger. But by the time he wrote the song Free had already "broke free".
And yes Mike, KYA is about AIDS

especially John.. Spread your wings'demo was called Spread your legs but was too unsencored
^muhahahahahahahahahah! nice!
Britney darrrrling, Keep yourself alive was written in the seventies. AIDS wasnt considered to be anything until 1981 ish. And Freddie was fine until 1986 ish. And he was living with Mary when KYA was written so although he felt he ws gay, he possibly wasnt acting on it at that point.

And God knows we dont have enough of those topics.... Hang on, thats not right.
Sometimes when we talk about freddie having AIDS it worries me how little people on this board know of the disease. Thus sometimes i go into 'hyposerious' melina talk. Forgive meeeee!
Britney- hi, do you still have that red cat suit?
