Ofcorse... When every famous person with AIDS dies more people will notice HIV/AIDS. But he wasn't the first to die because of Aids and the world had noticed aids before him.
If Freddie had died of a heart attack, would people like you still be bringing it up after so many years? Imagine this--"Do think Freddie's death caused the world to notice heart disease?"
It just sounds stupid.
And so is this string.

COULD YOU PEOPLE STOP POSTING TOPICS ABOUT HIV/AIDS????
IF YOU WANT TO DO THAT, LOOK FOR A MEDICAL FORUM, OR GO TO WWW.THEBODY.COM, A HIV/AIDS RELATED FORUM
POST ABOUT QUEEN MUSIC, NOT ABOUT HIV/AIDS
exactly. and for the record, asking that question is like asking "do bears shit in the woods?"
Freddie's death from HIV/AIDS certainly caused *me* to pay more attention. I'm ashamed to say that, prior to Freddie's death, I was a teenager who didn't think much about things like HIV/AIDS and, when I did, I thought of it as somebody eles's problem because I knew I was personally being safe in my behavior. Freddie's death made me re-evaluate that and realize that, indeed, "AIDS concerns us all".
