I think if Freddie would be alive now - he wouldn't go on stage and play gigs. IMO!

Yea he said he would look ridiculous dancing around the stage when he was 50. And right now he would have been 58.
I don't know whether he would still be touring if he were alive now but if they were to do a miracle tour in 1989 or 1990 i think they would all be wearing shirts and ties or something like in the I Want It All or Breakthru video.
Stephen, - freddie wore ths shirts and ties in the later vids to hide his illness - shirts with collars and baggy sweatshirts hide a multitude odf sins - ie - padding, and also covered up his weight loss and skin lesions
