Help please ?

There are two questions I have to ask you.

1st: Me and my sister are using the same computer and we have different accounts.
If I sign in and post something I can't sign me out again and if my sister wants to add something in her account she can't.
What's the problem and how can I sign me out ????

2nd: I tryed to upload a profile picture. I saved it in .jpg file but I can't upload it !!??

I've deleted the cookies twice but it doesn't work.
Can't someone put a "sign out" button here. Isn't there an admin here that can do that?
