It has been well known that their beautiful and unique choruses are one of the important elements of Queen sounds.
Although I think "Bo Rhap" and "STL" will be surely named, what is your favorite chorus part, or what is your favorite song whose chorus is impressive?
Je vais bien. Estoy bien.
Lap Of The Gods`s intro, `39`s bridge, Dreamer`s Ball`s chrodal backing, Long Away`s "new child play", Teo Torriatte`s third chorus, You And I bridge, Take My Breath Away intro... almost all the Races album!
Let Me Live
Liar
I Want it All
ki o tsukete ne!take care!
The Show Must Go On, Hammer To Fall... All of them!
Flash - the "grand finale"
Dont Stop Me Now - "oh...explode"
The Prophets Song - intro (separated channel on DTS-A)
Princess Of The Universe - "...people talk about you..."
Breakthru - intro
Lover Boy - "to go romancing"
Lap Of The Gods...revisited - "you can do that..."
that crazy harmony in "Body Language", and also in "Staying Power".
Jealosy - vocal break
March of the Black Queen
Prophet's Song
Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy
Fat Bottomed Girls
Bycicle Race
The beginning and end of "Driven by you", "Let me live" ...
Ægishjálmur
Sometimes Queen's vocal harmonies can get a bit out of hand; I like it better when dear old Fred carries the melody by himself. However, I fucking love the harmonies in '39. I start bawling whenever I listen to that song - especially the second chorus. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?
God wants you to send me some money. "Seven spades doubled, vulnerable, making seven? You BITCH."
Yes. This is the shit that people who don't 'get' Queen are missing out on. The second chorus of '39 is unbelievably sad and uplifting at the same time. Add to that the harmony changes in each chorus and 'phase shifting' in the third chorus and you have near perfection. For a relative youngster G2, you have a well developed sense of emotion.
You know, good times are now.
I always thought the most emotional part of '39 was "For my life still ahead, pity me." The harmony really drives it home, and then it just STOPS right after that for a second. Excellent stuff.
yeah, I agree with all the comments about the '39, I love the high voice in the bridge part ( I'm guessing it's Roger), and the lyrics are great.

hmmm, for other choruses I like...

Prophets Song
Somebody to Love
Bo Rhap

others too I'm sure but I can't think of them now
Somebody to love will always be my favorite.
well to me, Prophet song is so amazin, the voices are so strange and enigmatic, in the lap of the gods, the "part ll" is so beautiful, mmm...
damn, there's a lot of songs, Play the Game has always been one of my favorites, I just love the sound of their voices together... '39 of course...
i can't live with you sounds very beautiful, and this song that has female voices but is still queen, let me live, one of their best, so beautiful and full of passion
Loser in the end!!!
Let Me Live is another one that I don't think anyone's mentioned. If you can listen to that song and stand still, you have no soul.

EDIT: Sorry, LOMO. Didn't see your post at first.
God wants you to send me some money. "Seven spades doubled, vulnerable, making seven? You BITCH."
Guys, come on! The Prophet Song acapella part! I'm surprised this wasn't listed more than once!
Give us the right key, f#@! sakes...
