I got a digital radio after Christmas in a sale while trying it out I came across BBC7 and listened to an old episode of this radio show. How can I have missed this. I haven't laughed so much in years. It is absolutely fantastic. Its on Monday nights at 6.30 on Radio 4 then a classic epsiode is played at 7.00 on BBC7.
Random Humph joke: The lovely Samantha has had to pop out as she has been getting rather a lot of grumpy telephone calls of her lover, she doesn't mind she can handle his testy calls all day. I cannot put into words how funny this show is. Enjoy.

I really enjoy listening to this show, and Humphrey Lyttelton is very funny indeed.
There is also the News Quiz, and Just a Minute, both of which are worth a listen.
However, my favourite radio show at the moment is Tommy Boyd, on Southern counties radio.
If you can't get it on your digital radio, I've included a link, where you can download his shows. He is really worth a listen.

Ah yes, Mr Boyd. I used to enjoy his late night phone in shows on 'Talksport', before he got the chop (some unpleasantness involving the Queen Mother's death, apparently). I wonder if he has come across a caller he doesn't vehmently disagree with yet?
No, Timmy Mallet presented Wac-a-day, Tommy Boid just presented CITV (intro to the shows etc) I think...
Another lost legend...
