I never got an email about tickets from queenonline, I just registered for news before I knew about priority tickets through the fan club etc.
I presume that the fan club members in the lottery will be informed by post as they don't hold telephone numbers or emails as contacts.
So, the winners might not know till Tuesday/Wednesday as it might not get posted out till Monday.

Believe it or not: I registered six times at QOL over the past 4 or 5 years... I kept on registering because, up to today, I never received ANYTHING from them! I sent them e-mails and NEVER got any reply!
Makes me even more pissed off, now that I could not enter the draw...

Done the same thing about million times!!! And I´ve tried to contact queenonline.com via email but nothing ever happens. Weird and fustrating!
