what format do i need? the concerts dont play on windows or real player or winamp or anything i have. thats actually the only 3 i have lol. any1 have any idea? thanx

winamp can/will play them all.
SHN,FLAC and APE all have plugins for winamp.
go to site (nullsoft) and get the ones you need

The only thing I can think of is you might be missing some video codecs. D/l the k-lite codec pack (it's free)! Just do a search for it on google. Hope that works for you :)
