I had the mis-fortune of seeing Clapton at Hyde Park in 1996 and have never been so thoroughly bored in my entire life.
I was also at this gig...Princes Trust if I remember. I was also totally bored with his performance....too much blues is BORING.Went back to the bus before the end!
I preferred Bob Dylan's set....although before this gig I hated Bob Dylan!! Only really went to see the Who's Quadrophenia..which was brilliant.
