I ordered mine on Wednesday for Birmingham through the fan-club only phone number. I know it hasn't been a week yet but they haven't come through yet and I'm getting worried especially when I see 'UK DATES SOLD OUT' everywhere!
Should I be worried? I still have the reference but no way to check it.

I emailed ticketmaster regarding ticket dispatch and they informed me that no ticketrs have been sent as yet and may not be until closer to the event. Having booked with TM before they usually send tickets a week after booking but with this tour who knows?
As long as you have your booking reference number I wouldn't panic.

you mean we have to wait nearly four months for the tickets? what a bummer, i wont feel relaxed about this until i have the tickets in my hand!!

I was told when i got mine that i wouldn't recieve them till 10 days before the concert. I can't wait.

Maybe this is another clever (??) tactic against the touts? There may be a lot of annoyed punters out there in ebay land waiting for tickets that never come...

Yea i was told too id get mine 10 days before the event.
2 reasons maybe:
To avoid touters
Have time to print official tickets instead of crappy arena tickets so the ticket will be some Mmemorabilia

I have Just Received my Tickets for Sheffield today 25 Jan.
Im still waiting for the Manchester ones so it looks like they are being sent out now.

Has anyone received their tickets to Birmingham? Looks like the others are beginning to come in, and I assume we should therefore expect the same from Birmingham? -- same timeframe for delivery, etc?

No and it pisses me off that people are advertising on eBay with 'tickets in hand, ready to post', not least that it is impossible to actually speak to anyone at ticketmaster.
