funny, I didn't care for Pretty In Pink and the only really seriously good scene in Fast Times was the infamous pool/Phoebe Cates (sp?) scene. Well... I did like the part where he smacked himself repeatedly with his own shoe saying "that was my SKULL! I am SO wasted!"

It's not a movie for everyone. Some of the humor is just too kinky for some people, just like 'South Park'.
