Does anybody hear like The Cars? They're probably my favorite American band. With all that they do with the synth, they remind me so much of Queen.

I have to say that I truly dislike the excesive use of synths on certain pop songs, but 'The Cars' are so good at what they do that they make synths sound great.

My favorite songs from The Cars are 'Drive' and 'Why Can't I Have You'.

The Cars and Queen might sound not much alike, but what they have in common that both bands were produced by Roy Thomas Baker.

However, Queen never used synths while having Roy Thomas Baker as a producer.
