I have it, sourced from my US promo 7" vinyl.
Give me a few days, while I look for some place to upload it (suggestions would be greatly appreciated).
If you sign up for an account at Streamload.com, which is free for a basic account (upgrades cost, depending how much space you require) and I'd recommend to anyone (in fact, everyone - which reminds me, I have MP3's I forgot to download!), I can upload it as soon as Tuesday, if you sign up for an account by then.
