i remember when the lead singer was first diognosed with HIV he was asked in an interview " so holly has brian may or roger taylor contacted you since your illness? his reply was " no i dont think i'm famous enough" and laughed.
from what i gather freddie hated!!! politics so does brian, thats why theres no political messages in any queen song
