Honestly, am I the only one who ever read this series? I was looking through my closet yesterday and found all my old Animorphs books. Read a good number, too, and I still love them. They hold this certain charm for me. I guess it's kind of like how my favorite movie of all time is "Once Upon a Forest."

So...DID anyone else read the Animorphs books? And can anyone tell me what happened in the last one?

I did not but have a friend who is quite learned and will not touch anything remotely kiddish but has every single Animorphs book ever...except one.

I never got into them unfortunately. All of my friends did but I could never read 'em...or watch the series on T.V.
...this kettle is boiling over... ...one dump...one turd...two tits...John Deacon... ...one prawn...one shrimp...one clam...one chicken!

I never was into Animorphs. When I was in first grade, I went through an obsession of the "Little House on the Prairie" books though. Although that isn't really 90s.

Hm...my favourite series was always Anne McCaffrey's 'Pern' series...the one with the lovely dragons and the telepathy and such. I read my first Dragonrider of Pern book when I was ten, and absolutely adored it, and I still love her...

I adored the Little House on the Prairie books too, but I never really liked the girls. I just loved the stories in general, I think.

I do rather wish that J K Rowling had written and published her series when I was younger - 'Lemony Snicket' too, for that matter...

Ja ne!

I got really in to that series. I would get one book of it from the library and as soon as I finished it, I would go back and get the next book. I've always had a thing for Sci-Fi and those books were very cool IMHO.

I read a couple of Animorphs books but to be honest I was more interested in doing the flicky thing through the book to see the person turn into the animal at the bottom of the pages.

I used to love animorphs! I read some of their books and I watched their t.v. shows on Nickelodeon.

*hopeful* You don't know what happened in the last one, do you? I can't find the damn book anywhere...

Never watched the show, though. I didn't like what they did to the characters. Jake and Marco both became the ultimate pretty boys.

Did you try Amazon.com for the last book? Maybe they might have it...

EDIT: And yes, I also remember the Animorphs book. I've seen an episode or two, and that was it. Never read the books.

Nope, sorry. :-(

I only read a few of the books..maybe like four of them or so. But I did watch the shows often. My cousin was totally obsessed with them, though. I'm sure he must've read them all.

I read a few of the books here and there but liked the tv show better.
