Did loads of close-ups to try and found out what the cover says. Every close up is crap. Can't help in telling you what the single is. It's probaby highlights of the show. Sorry couldn't be of any further help.
www.queencollector.com has a pretty decent discography... It's quite easy to tell from there that the cover says We Will Rock You / We Are The Champions.
There wasn`t a single release in the UK, but a CD-single with the Live-versions of WWRY/WATC was released in the Netherlands (and perhaps in Germany) I think. I also saw this single in a record store in Austria in 1993.
And I think there were a few promos around as well.

And in France too with a big promo at the time. The single reached N°9 in the french charts
Yup, We Are The Champions/We Will Rock You from that live album was released in France as a single in 1992. It reached number 15. In 1993, Marseilles won the Champion league, the single was re-released and it reached number 9.
