Not many people seem to like Brian's guitar solos. I personally think they are excellent. He is a very talented musician and i enjoy every second of the 11 minute solos.

Best- Magic tour-Freddie's fantastic barking voice at Wembley and Budapest, News Of The World-a mighty album, Queen live 1977-1981- high octane performances, manic energy, great setlists; The Miracle and Innuendo-2 rich, superbly crafted studio albums from elder statesmen of rock, Roger's breathless harmony vocals in their live shows!

Worst-The Game- a poor album, Freddie's bearded look, Brit Awards 1990 because whilst it was great to celebrate, we knew it wouldn't last much longer, Roger's make-up on the PTG video, Teo Torriate live in Japn 1982, a recipe for murdering a great song.

Oh nad Liz Taylor's "speech" at the tribute concert

I honestly can't see Elton John running around the stage to Tie Your Mother Down or the fast part of Bo Rhap. And I can't see George Michael doing it either. Personally I think Paul was the best to handle things like that.

Hah hah hah. That's tickled me, ELton running about to TYMD, I couldn't think of anything more horrifyingly hillarious!

the most boring moments are probably brian may`s guitar solos...

Totally agree

All of Brian May's solos are goddamn awful. They're just about as bad as Freddie Mercury hitting high notes on Queen songs.

Both Brian's Red Special and Freddie's voice sound like utter shit. I'd rather hear Ashlee Simpson singing with that kid from Hanson on the
guitar.

There must be something wrong with you.

Sadly, that seems to be the case with most of QZ.

I want to give my opinion about Brian May solos.

Brian May doesn't need to show that he's a virtuoso by shredding!
I LOVE most of the Brighton Rock solos (there are few where he has no inspiration, but no one is perfect). He does good work in soiling in the pentatonic scales! Sometimes you have to be a guitarist to understand how good he is.
When I saw Brighton Rock at Wembley, I thought it was boring! Now I just LOVE and I can listen to it countless times!

The other solos and his guitar work in the other song is just great! He plays with so emotion! Few guitarists can make the guitar talk and cry! Brian May can do it!
Plus, the harmonies! He is the god of the harmonies! C'mon! Sometimes he puts 30 tracks of guitars in the songs! Great!
That's one of the reasons why guys like Satriani, Vai and Malmsteen have see him as great influence!

Well, that's my opinion.

Stay cool!
