Ok, I did it. I said I never would but I changed my mind last week. I thought about it for a whole week and I still wanted to do it so I did.
I got the chinese symbol for Queen on my lower back right above my butt. I didn't get it only bc I enjoy Queen's music, but I like to think I am the Queen of my house ;) So it serves a dual purpose I think. I will post a pic after I can take the bandage off. I am very happy with the way it turned out. Its not very big but I'm proud of it.

That sounds great! I'm thinking of getting a tattoo when I'm older. Nothing too big or intricate, though, since I'm not great with pain!
I'm thinking of getting one when i'm alot older just something small though. I don't want anything too big. I'd have something to do with Queen. I doubt i'd beable to get the person doing the tattoo to tattoo the Queen crest on my arm or anything would i. lol.
Lisser - Will you be showing off at Breakthru? or is the tatoo too low for public exhibition ... There is often a scavenger hunt game during the convention and a tatoo is ususlly one of the needed items. Also sometime during the convention people often show off their tatoos for everyone.

absolutely I'll share it with whoever wants to see it at Breakthru!! It's not too too low. What fun is a tattoo you can't share with everyone? The pain wasn't that bad. The artist said if I can tolerate child birth twice then I can do this. Little does he know about how wonderful epidurals are!!!
My friend got a bigger one with different colors. Hers took 2 hours. Mine took 5 minutes!! I'm happy with it and I can't wait to take off the bandage!!

It looks... incredibly painful.
You'd think so but it's not really. I was actually getting quite annoyed due to the noise of the machine rather than the sensation.
