They're to a No Doubt fan what Jar Jar Binks is to a Star Wars fan.
lol this was good!
not the perfect sentence to pick up a girl in a pub, but it was fun ;)
well one thing is annoying when you don't like it but you see it often. Gwen will be here tomorrow,i'll tell you what she will perform.

They don't talk. That's good enough for me.

Well the good thing is that the harajuku girls won't be around for too along, and they might be just there for the L.A.M.B. album promotion performances.
Now back to Gwen's solo album. It's not all bad, but she's picking the worst songs as singles. There's a couple of songs there like 'Cool' that have an 80s vibe and the seem quite enjoyable.

I would tell you what she will perform but I won't ruin the surprise. :^D

I was wondering when you would come out and admit that SOME of her songs on the album were good. I just had to be patient. ;^)
I understand your feelings on the singles, but it was obvious she would release "Rich Girl" b/c is included Eve on it and that certainly would help Gwen out. I do think it is kinda silly to release every track that has mentions of the Harajuku Girls, because her album is NOT only about them. There are plenty of other great songs like "Crash," "Serious," or "Cool" that would do well as singles, I think.
But I am afraid to tell you that I am pretty sure "Harajuku Girls" is the next single, because there was a contest on MTV for people to enter to be in her next video (which I entered, but of course, was not chosen) and it was being filmed in Japan. Just a hunch on my part, of course. I do think it is a mistake to release this track as her next single, even though I like the song pretty well.

I really dislike her solo album... It was a let down. But, I guess not EVERY album can be as good as 'Tragic Kingdom'. :P

I'm gonna have to agree with you on the fact that songs like 'Crash', 'Danger Zone', 'Serious' and 'Cool' are great songs. The reason why they're probably not being picked as singles is because Gwen (or most probably Interscope Records) think they're too retro.
I will admit that the whole thing with the L.A.M.B. clothing line bothers me. Maybe because I'm a guy and I couldn't care less about fashion as long as the music is good, and I think Gwen is giving way too much attention to fashion.

Tragic Kingdom is a masterpiece.
I also liked 'Return Of Saturn' and 'Rock Steady', but 'Tragic Kingdom' is one of those very few albums that you could listen completely without skipping one single song. Perhaps the reason why the following 2 weren't as good was because Eric Stefani left, and he had a huge influence on that album.
Maybe if 'The Simpsons' gets cancelled, Eric Stefani might join 'No Doubt' again.
...then who knows, No Doubt might make another album as good as 'Tragic Kingdom'.

You are probably right about Interscope having say in what songs are her singles, though it's a bit difficult for me to believe they would choose "Harajuku Girls" over "Crash" or "Serious" considering "Harajuku Girls" does not exactly strike you as a song you'd hear on the radio over and over again.
I'll be honest, I think your dislike of LAMB probably is because you're a guy. As you probably know, lots of women are big fans of fashion. I am not one for designer clothing, but because Gwen is basically my all-time hero, I am so glad she puts out clothing, etc., because I love her unique style and now I get to have a piece of that when I purchase something she designed.
As for her giving too much attention to it, she really does have every right to venture into other areas other than music. She is a musician, yes, but that doesn't mean she can't go into other areas and try things out, right? And the fact that she loved sewing with her mother and grandmother growing up proves that this is another love of hers (probably second to music), so I can't say I blame her for indulging a little bit.

It would be awesome to hear their next album, considering each album had a different vibe to it.

I saw an interview with her saying she never expected to venture out in to the fashion world. What you see with L.A.M.B is what she is. Apparently. I can't remember. I was too busy laughing at that bloke in No Doubt who was naked and did something or other. Not sure on the details on that either.

I have to say that Gwen is not praticularly my favorite No Doubt memeber... yet, don't get me wrong, I love Gwen and she's an awesome musician and performer but after reading about what goes deep inside the band I have to say that my favorites are Tony Kanal and Tom Dumont because they are the ones who for the most part work on the music.
Although I shouldn't forget Gwen's lyrics because without them, the songs would lose a lot of soul.

Adrian...yeah, he likes nudity. I was glad he wore a very fetching tennis skirt at the concert I attended.
Btw...I am coming into a lot of money this next week and I plan to add another LAMB handbag to my collection. I know this doesn't make you guys happy, but still. ;^P

I think all of the members give something good to the band. They all work so well together and have something awesome to give.

LOL, gotta love Adrian Young. The guy is a total clown.
Whenever you see him he's either naked or wearing girl's clothes.
Gwen should get rid of the Harajuku girls, and call Adrian to wear her L.A.M.B. clothes.
