I'm sorry but I'm from Canada and we don't see Queen stuff that often than in England.

Isn't there a interview at the headlong video in which Freddie says:"Hi my name is Kim Basinger"?

aha i think i saw it in the queen rocks biography on vh1 or on the freddie mercury biography

i wonder if there is an interview during the Days of our lives video, very unlikely.
one of the lastest must be the "talk" during Headlong video, which was about november - dicember 1990.
Maybe something was added in the video during January 1991.
During I am going slghtly mad in march 91, we can all see Freddie's condition. No interview, just "talk" during the video again.

Freddie said:"My name is Kim Basinger", also in Headlong "making the video".

As regarding the last interview freddie gave on film was most defintely at his home by the jukebox in champoins of the world i haven't seen anything else regarding a final interview who knows what they recorded later on.

In regards to the interview on COTW which comes under "freddie's last interview" it does indeed start with the musical prostituite " i'm the last person you're talking to" what follows MUST have been recorded after as it's not in the aforementioned interview and i personally think it was recorded near the end of his life maybe innuendo sessions or defintely songs started in 91 just listen to his voice his feelings and right at the end of the interview i'm sure you can hear roger say something when freddie says "there you have it on tape use it" suggests that the interview or conversation was with the band in the studio, and the fact he says use it suggests that only the band and his closest friends knew about his condition.
Yes we'll keep on tryin we'll tread that fine line oh oh we'll keep on tryin till the end of time till the end of time.

That 'last' interview was quite obviously pasted together using a whole bunch of different ones. It's not subtly done at all, you can hear his voice changing from clip to clip.

A little off subject but at the very beggining of Greatest Flix II before AKOM when you see small behind the scene clips somewhere just after you see Freddie bending over in orange you see a very very ill Freddie from behind looking pretty white. I don't want to sound morbid or anything but it's on the tape. Was this taken from Days Of Our Lives video sessions. Also he's sitting in a chair talking to Roger and John. I hope i havn't offended anyone by asking this and going into details.

How's this possible when AKOM is the first track on the DVD?

This is about the greatest flix 1 and 2 video double box. Just before A kind of magic ( the first song) there is an intro where you see John, Freddie and Roger.

This is during the shoot of 'the days of our lives'
Brian wasn't there and put his head on the video a while after the official videoshoot.

We may see this footage come back on the greatest video hits 3 on DVD , but i'm not shure if Brian and Roger will allow the people out there so see Freddie in this kind of stage.

I don't think that will be in the GVH3 extras because he looks just too bad for people to see him. Maybe with all the makeup on and in B/w but not like that. Poor Freddie. Thats one of the things i like about him. The way he had determination and he carried on for as long as possible. Anyway i'm gonna leave this subject now because it's not too pleasant.

Come on, give me a break with that whining, "it's too sad of a subject, it make me cry everytime I hear it, Freddie I love you", get a life people Freddie died 14 years ago. I want to see the footages from the shooting of Days of our lives and it doesn't make me a jackass.

This is definately the last interview - try searching unfer Barcelona or Great P. - it was part of the promo released about that time (circa'88)

Well believe what you want,, and asking for the tape, it was banned because it was TOO FUCKING EMOTIONAL so the film crew refused to release it, it was then LEAKED ONTO THE NET AND IT WAS FEATURED ON THE NEWS WHEN IT HAPPENED and was then removed from the net, it was on as a site whihc you cud only view it on the site and cudnt download it, when i sed i had a copy i meant i knew where it was! the site is now closed! so if you still dont believe me then do what the hell you want about it, i dont care!, Im not postin in any forums about sickness or interviews about Freddie, he shud be left to rest in piece!

John C and Taylor GaGa

You two guys are always at extreme ends of the spectrum on this topic of how Freddie looked in the final stages of his illness.

JohnC wants to see autopsy photos, cremation arrangements, and photos of John Deacon crying at the funeral.

TaylorGaGa won't look at Freddie, unless he's 175lbs of muscle, with a 6 pack, and a cover models build, with perfect styled hair because "its too sad".

In the real world, there should be a happy medium here. I say, if Freddie is knowingly appearing on film, then he himself must have been comforatbe enough to say "Damn, I have this awful disease, but here is how I look now".

Freddie wasn't "tricked" into doing the video of "These are the days of our lives", no he doesn't look well, but he looks at peace, and he did the video knowing it was for public release.

Now... when "The Sun" is snapping photos of Freddie in his backyard, or leaving a doctors appointment months before his death...and writing shit like "IT'S OFFICIAL, HE GOT AIDS"....

That's bullshit.... but anything Freddie released with knowing purpose that it was for public viewing, I want to own it.

His ghost is smiling down at you guys, knowing full well that he's hiding under your bed. He's going to strangle you with his bony ghost fingers.

.... oooooohhhhh.....

"What was that noise?"

.... ooooohhhhh ....

"It sounds like a ghost, guys!"

<KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK>

"Oh my GOD! It's the Ghost of Freddie Mercury KNOCKING AT MY DOOR!"

<the beat of Another One Bites the Dust kicks in, the ghost barges in dancing, and begins to attack everyone>
