Credo che il software sia Real Player (o Real One) a giudicare dal nome del file. Dovresti poterlo scaricare gratuitamente da www.real.com (mi sembra il sito sia questo, cmq tu controlla).

I think "Dog With A Bone" was a song originally broadcasted during a Fan Club meeting in 1988 (or 1989?) before the release of "The Miracle" but I could be wrong, I'm not an expert.

It's a special fan club-only track from 1988, originally meant for The Miracle album. It lasts for about 6 minutes and was played (not live, only on tape) during the fan club convention. Available on the bootleg The Ultimate Rarities Collection.
So far different takes have been found featuring slightly different messages from the band members.
