From what I understand the Hyde Park gigs will officially be announced on Capital Gold on Friday so that is why we have had no official announcement yet. Nothing to do with fan club pre-booking.

According to Thomas's Queen Tour Site the tickets for Colgne go on sale Thursday 10 March.
