That's another reason why Queen's so great. 3 of the 4 members can sing. WHY is that so hard to understand? To quote Jim Morrison: "People are strange".

It isn't one of my favorite Queen songs, that's for sure. But for some reason, everytime I hear it, which ironically, I've been doing a lot of lately, it seems to get me into a better mood. Sorta lively and energetic, if you will. But that does not mean that it is the best song. No way.

I love Rogers voice on this song. It seems to fit imo.
Actually, I think I would like the intro better if not for that odd effect on Freddie's voice. Some sort of chorus effect or something, if I remember correctly.
I love Roger's voice. How can people trash his voice? It's a wonderful voice. Dont wanna see anyone say bad things about it, or else you shall experience real soniac anger!!!

where would queen be without the vocal mix on songs like
Bo Rhap, STLove etc?
the reason these songs worked was because ALL of the vocals used were excellent (in their own style)
...and that quite simply is WHY Roger and Brian sung on different songs - the fact that THEY didn't do lead vox on ALL their own songs speaks for itself - there were some songs that the band felt worked with FM's vocals and there were some they felt worked better with the writer singing
....and who is anyone on here to say they got it wrong? FM took lead on ALL (i think) of the single releases - so the mass-market had familiarity to feel comfortable with
but albums were places to flex a little muscle and do what THEY wanted - and generally (HS aside) it worked
