This track is on The Miracle album, Hollywood Records 1991 re-issue as a bonus track. This CD it still available in shops...

iv got the miracle, but the remix it has on is the Invisble man 12", and two extra tracks, Hang on In there and Chinese Torture! but it doesnt have the Scandal 12"

As I wrote above: Hollywood Records 1991 re-issue only! Other releases doesn't contains this track. I have two versions of this album: original CD with track listing you wrote and HR's rerelease with 'wrong' I Want It All and Scandal 12" version.
