I guess he might have been thinking that he he couldnt go out with all the rumours circulating so he decided that a meaningful and true song would be the best way to say farewell to his bandmates and his loving loyal fans. And we all remain true and loyal to this very day.

I think that it shows that he was smarter in more ways and understood his fans and the best way to say goodbye.

Strange thing is how boyish Freddie looks in that video.

If you didnt know what he looked like prior to getting sick you wouldn't immediately suspect something was wrong.

Sadly his deterioration can be tracked from the Miracle videos onward.

The colour snippets of him rehearsing TATDOOL give a better idea of how ravaged he was, despite all the make up.

No one knows except me apparently that when he says "I still love you." that that is from another song that they did. Ever heard of "Love Of My Life"?

I am VERY much aware that he did this in "Love Of My Life", especially the version at "Live At Wembley", where he also Speaks, not sings the final words, I Still Love You...when....I think Freddie already may have known he had AIDS.

My thoughts were that since "Love Of My Life" was one of Queen's & Freddie's favorites with the fans when performing live...and he and Queen adored the way the crowd responded to that song and loved interacting live with Queen, singing along at every live performance....

...that he took that as a ....cue and wanted to do it INTENTIONALLY as an affectionate nod to "Love Of My Life" and the fans' attachment/affection for that song and identifying it with Queen & Freddie, and so he thought it only befitting for the ending of TATDOOL....

He said he'd be there to remind you that he still loves you and he did. Good promise.
