Is this a trick question, where the answer should be 'of course there are stairs in a HOUSE..' LOL Im slow..

Well if that's the case I'm gonna have to be a pedant and say that you can perfectly well answer 'yes' or 'no' to the question.

No definition of a house states that it must have stairs. It's simply a structure serving as a dwelling for one or more persons.

Similarly, a bungalow would always be defined as a HOUSE with one storey.

If that isn't what this trick question's all about, ignore me. But know that I'm right.

It is indeed a trick question, but if I explained the answer, nobody would get it. So I'll just sit here quietly and admire everyone who has stairs in their houses!

If you want to build stairs I can say that it is not so simple and if you don't have some experience in building, I think better will be to use professional help.
