So it's normal to be nervous in the first concert of the tour of the most famous band in the world, so rodgers forgot the lyrics (and sings "yeah yeah" instead of them) because he was very nervous for sure and because they played a very big set for a first show!!!!
I don't think it's right to tell shit about them after that performace because it's not count!
Too much nervousism and panic for rodgers.

me too i cannot wait i just feel let down how we only got 4 songs where as unknowns got like 30+ mins air time and no ads butting in!

What's wrong with you guys? We've just heard a disastrous performance and you still think the tour will be great??? And I don't understand why do you justify PR. Alright, he could be nervous but not that much!!! He is supposed to lead a great band? With his panicking he will die on every important show! Just imagine him to sing at an occassion like Live Aid for example - he would just burn on this stage!!!

As far as I remember every early show of any group did contain some mistakes. This was a first official appearance of Q+PR so things were under pressure. They will be at Brixton too. But real audience will help. That is at least my view. From what I heard, they still rock. And that's fine by me.

It can happen to forgot the lyrics, Freddie WROTE the music so the lyrics made part of his souL, that's why freddie forgot the lyrics a few times.
BUT PAUL RODGERS SUNG VERY WELL (EXPECIALLY TYMD), WE CAN'T CRITICIZE HIM ONLY BECAUSE HE FORGOT A FEW LYRICS IN WWRY.

TYMD was excellent iMO - and remember: thios was a test gig - not the full show not the full lights etc. - so fucking what? Brixton will be the real thing!
