Whats your favourite version of a queen song covered by other artists ?
Mine has to be the NIN version of Get Down Make Love, i did not realise that they had covered it, i love it.
Also one that i heard for the first time when i i was in Israel was Bohemian Rhapsody by Molotov, that was a wierd one !!

i dont like the G4 version myself but i think it might stir enough interest for the kids to go search out the original.

lots of covers are good according to me.Some are on the Stage of champions by the way...but to mention a famous band: "killer queen" by Travis is excellent
I usually hate covers, but there's one I absolutelly adore: "Bohemian rhapsody" by Montserrat Caballe & Bruce Dickinson! Respect!
NIN's GDML is great, but Reznor's remix of Stone Cold Crazy is better imho. That said, today, I heard an absolutely awesome version of WWRY...bagpipes and battle drums. Thoroughly Scots, with the drone and several other players making the melody out of Freddie's lyric delivery and then the guitar solo too. It was on NPR's "Thistle & Shamrock" show. Anyone else heard it?
