Well, mine is Runy, 'cuz I'm always running... But still always late everywhere... hehehe... A family feature, I guess. ;) When No Doubt wrote a song "Running", I thought they wrote it personally for me... :) I love my nick and although I really had no time when I had to create it (needed for some site to register in) and thought of it on the spot, it suits me so well that I don't think I'll ever change it...
Another nick I sometimes use (but really rarely) is Melina Mercouri. I think it's pretty clear where it comes from. :) Loved that story of Freddie and his friends having girls' names... Usually I used it when I didn't want people to recognize me... (Gosh! Now I'll have to think of another nick!) hehehe...

I was in a mental hospital (I know, hard to believe) once and some lady asked for my name. She didn't believe I was actually enrolled there, but I didn't want to be found out! So I looked around and saw a sign with the word "less" on it, then I saw a girl crying and said "tear" (but I pronounced it "ter"). As I was in a cafeteria, I saw the cooking lady burning food, so I said "burn", and I looked down at my tray and saw "ham".

Mine's from Killer Queen. I used Glossimer when I first came on here, which is just a name I came up with randomly one day, and I also had My Bijou for awhile. I kind of want to change my nickname now, but with the post counts gone, I have a feeling no one will recognize me!

lol, im not in a band yet, im workin on that, and me first names Paul but everyone calls me Begg, its like i dont have a first name, Beggs is my TRUE nickname!

Well mine comes from a long line of family names. Dating back to my ancestors forefathers, Ozzy means "one with the earth and rocks". The name was passed down to me through a ritual involving a sacrifice of a goat. Thats my story...I wish. Ozzy is just because i'm from Australia and i like Queen.
