No idea who he is... but that link was the result of a simple google search.

Its always sad to see genuine fans get ripped off by crooks.

Frank Marraffa's address is 340 Flaugherty Run Rd, Moon Twp, PA 15108, USA. I hope that someone can make him stop. He had ripped off a lot of people.
