Why such a hurry to start the tour?

Hi guys,
many of you explain the way too predictable set list with the fact that PR didn't have time to rehearse. Also the fact he sometimes misses the lyrics seems to depend on this fact. Then why didn't they wait a while to prepare for the shows? Why did they want to start touring in such a hurry if they weren't completely ready?
