Some people get all up in a huff about some things that would seem civil, yet this huffy action turns the conversation immidiately into a non-civil conversation. All possiblities of civility are instantaneously terminated.
The additional request to stay on topic is just too much. If you aren't going to get the first, you're not going to get this one either. That's just plain nuts! :D
