I'm interested in the MP3's / video's of the gigs I attended and going to attend (Brixton / Paris / Ahoy / Nijmegen) ... I've never participated in the 'sharing'-community
What do I have to download (torrent-something?) and do to get for example the Paris-vid?

You just need a BitTorrent client. I recommend BitComet (www.bitcomet.com). Just start the client and open the .torrent file.
