His name is Anthony..you are hearing me call him Bubby. I have two children. Cameron is 6, she is the one in the blue bathing suit and Anthony is the little guy on the beach that I am calling to. We call him Bubby. I used to call my brother Bubby when I was little. I guess it is slang for brother.
