I'll just quote the person who is selling the recording:

I thought you said nobody should make money from that? Well, if you're telling someone else to buy it just to share it on queenzone (not even volunteering yourself, just asking someone else to do it!!), that man/woman (tho prob a man..:P) will make a profit!!

I believe that it it would be nice if the recording in question would be shared on this board. That way lots of people would get their hands on this bootleg for free. The more people obtain this field recording for free, the less people are likely to buy it.

Why not? This person has the same right to offer this than you to decide whether to buy it or not. This seller is honestly describing the quality as is, instead of posing a bad quality as an excellent soundboard quality recording.
On the other hand, you point that nobody should make money on recordings like this one and in the following sentence you´re almost asking for this recording!
I wonder if you wouldn´t buy a bad quality recording of a 1971 concert if it was offered... which role would play the fact that the offered concert took place about a week ago in that case?

I'm aware of that. My point is, I don't think this should be sold. It's a ripoff, IMO. I would gladly buy it, though.

I wouldn't know whether to feel happy or sorry for the winning bidder because on one hand they have won the latest music from their heros, but on the other they have been ripped off with awful sound quality and a recordable CD. I hope they realise that they need not have paid anything at all because of generocity on QZ.
but about reporting the violation, you can only do it if you are a memeber or E-bay(probably stating the obvious here) so i cannout report this violation.
damn... i was actually winning that bid yesterday, and it now appears i've been outbid, but my max bid was £10 and I'm not going above that.
